'Resistance! - Kes's quick guide to anti-trans oppression and resistance in the UK' is designed to be booklet printed on both sides of 5 sheets of A4 paper, folded with a staple in the middle. This produces a 20 page, A5 zine.

Initially I wanted to create a small comic book featuring the queer trans character of Kes's response to the bullshit Supreme Court ruling in the case of For Women Scotland v The Scottish Ministers. However, once I started writing I realised it would be more suited to the form of a protest/political pamphlet with illustrations, otherwise it would take months to complete. I felt a sense of urgency to write it and draw it, to add my voice to the thousands of protestors across the UK.

Resistance is NOT futile!

NOTE: The ruling has caused community wide trauma and the content matter of this zine is innevitably sensitive, including references to Nazism and eugenics in one section ('History Repeating?'), as well as references to transmisia throughout.
